Yoga Day
On the auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day, students & teachers of A-One School came together to celebrate the power of yoga in promoting holistic health practices. Yoga creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, releases chronic stress patterns and relaxes the mind. There were demonstrations on the benefits of yoga and its importance in leading a stress-free healthy lifestyle. Yoga signifies the unity of one’s mind, body, and spirit with the world outside, through a set of Aasans that include breathing techniques, physical postures, and relaxation methods. The environment looked calm and serene.
